CONDITIONING + MOBILITY LIFESTYLE CHANGES

Changing of life style habits such as sleeping, hydration, peak training schedule and nutritional adjustments. Any corrective exercises are the primary focus in training sessions.                                                        

Intensity : Minimal

METABOLIC TRANSFORMATION + FAT BURN

Fat burning metabolic activity will adjust and the body will metabolize fat for energy due to a consistency of nutritional habits, daily caloric expenditure and  nutrient absorption increase.

Intensity : Progressive

STRENGTH TRAINING + SCULPTING

A period where fat burning has provided results. An increased strength regiment is required.More visual balanced fat to muscle ratio is established, therefore symmetric sculpting of the muscle are a focal point in the training. Also prepping for events are phased in. 

Intensity : Intermediate

TOTAL BODY RESULTS + EVENTS

The desired goals are met and any events (running, figure, weddings etc) are in the final phase.Intensity in training is at its peak.
