Fareed is a life savior! If you are looking for your average trainer who meets with you and just goes over few exercises with you, Fareed is NOT it.  If you want someone to see you as a complete person and train you  INSIDE and out and push you pass your limits while sweating non stop, FAREED IS IT!  He will have you do blood work and body scans and really get to know how your body works, what food fuels you and what food hurts you! He is a complete package no excuse!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and truly enjoys what he does, you will see his passion and carrying for you personally no matter how many others he is training. If you are committed he will not allow you to slack, he will push you to a limit you didn't know you had and the following session he will push you even further

Fareed will turn everything you think you knew on its head as he runs you through your training. His approach to training is wildly different from any other method I've ever come across.  His workouts are very functional, and with the formation being key; you will develop muscles you've never used guaranteed!! Fareed is an amazing trainer. Before training with him I worked out for an hour six days a week and was stuck. Since training with him my body has changed in so many ways, and he provided me with an understanding of nutrition and how important what you eat plays into your daily life (even if you aren't a powerlifter or professional weight lifter). Turns out I wasn't eating enough and was overexerting cardio without enough toning. Training with him I ate more, toned up, and lost more. He helps you realize the foods that you need to eat to achieve your fitness goals and teaches you how to make better decisions.

I moved to Virginia about two years ago and injured my lower back.  By the time I spoke with Fareed about setting up personal training sessions, I couldn't bend over and touch my knees because I was in so much pain.  I saw Fareed 2 -3x a week, and by the third week, I was able to touch my shoes.  Fareed gave me mobility in under three weeks.  I couldn't believe it.  He not only gave me mobility, but he used his extensive knowledge of nutrition to help me create a diet plan.  He held me accountable in both exercise and diet, and that helped tremendously, as I saw weight loss in just a week.  I knew I was doing these things for my health, but having Fareed there, checking on me every once and awhile, answering ALL of my questions, made me even more successful.  He really cares about his clients, and that is a word I am using.  I've never heard him utter the word, "client."  He treats everyone like a friend.

Fareed is absolutely the best trainer.  I have suffered from lower back pain and misalignment for years, in addition to herniated discs in my neck.  Fareed created a program of functional strength and flexibility to put my spine in the correct shape, from top to bottom.  I have a semi-dysfunctional knee.  Fareed adapted the necessary exercises to allow me to work hard and progress, without hurting my knee.
