Are you looking to compete in the upcoming months? Competition prep is a challenge for competitors on all levels. 

Having the right Coach, Trainer and team is critical to getting the 1st call out. Each trainer and coach has their secret method to getting you the results. It all comes down to timing, discipline and dedication to the process. Each competitors body is different and our goal is to find the right program for you. 

 

Below is a breakdown of some of the services we offer in competition prep

24 and 16 week preps
 

 If you have never competed before always go the distance. Depending on your level of competing we will decide what is the best approach for your program. It takes time to metabolize fat. Once we have that under control we can determine what is the best timeline for your prep. All preps are designed exclusively for you. We believe in bringing a unique package on the stage at every show we compete in. 

 

Our prep includes but is not limited to the following; 

Base level body composition reports

Nutritional Guide bi-weekly and monthly updates

Custom training programs based on strengths and weaknesses 

Supplement Guides

In-Person training and conditioning programs

Meal Prep (limited to location)

Peak week prep

 

Posing Sessions with team of coaches

We work with some of the top coaches for posing in the industry. The center stage is the most important place in your show. It all comes down to presenting the right package on the stage. Our focus is always based on getting this right. We work with a posing coach for center stage as well as a coach that will provide a routine.
