Training Location

Q: Where do we train?

A: Our focus is residential or job site training. We offer classes in selected cities listed on the website. 

Q: Are you willing to come to our local gym (Xsport, Golds etc?)

A: No. We understand and respect the policies of local gyms. 

Q: Do you train in our private gyms?

A: Yes. Unless there is a regulation against outside trainers due to contracts with other fitness businesses. 

Q: Do you travel to train?

A: Yes. We travel for training but all expenses will be included in you rates.

Q: What are your training locations that doesn't include a billable travel expense?

A: Our training base is Arlington Virginia 22201 we map our training based on that central location and train within a 15 mile radius.

Training Cost and Refunds

Q: What are your rates?

A: Our rates are subjected to time and location. Click here to get more details. 

Q: How do you determine your expense increase for travel?

A: We determine by the base hourly pay of training and bill per minute after our base travel time of 15 minutes between each session.

Q: Are will billed for traffic delays?

A: No. All travel time is billed on normal traffic patterns determined by google maps.

 

Q: Are we billed for being late for our session?

A: We reserve the right to bill you for being late beyond 15 minutes. 

 

Q: If you are late, can we be refunded for our session or make it up? 

A: Yes. Any session where your training is late beyond 15 minutes, you are eligible for a refund of that session. If you allow your trainer to continue with the session for that day, you are no longer eligible for that refund but you will be offered additional time to make up for time lost. 

Q: How long are we eligible for a refund?

A: Any refund is eligible for 60 days from the last billed session. 

Q: How long does it take to issue a refund?

A: Most refunds are immediate but we reserve the right to request 120 days from last billed session. 

Training sessions

Q: How long are our sessions?

A: Sessions range between 45 minutes and 1 hour. 

Q: Can we have friends or family join our sessions? 

A: No. 

Q: Can we combine our sessions for a 2 hour session? 

A: No. 

Q: If we have to cancel due to work or traffic can we make it up?

A: Yes, as long as its within the same billing time period. All training incomplete before the next bill period will be forfeited unless schedule in advance. 

Q: Can we put our program on hold for unforeseen circumstances such as medical, family emergency? 

A: Yes. We only request notification once you are aware of the situation. 

Q: Can we put our program on hold for work or education related travel?

A: Yes but only for a period of 60 days. All remaining sessions will be forfeited if not used as previously scheduled. 

Q: What do I need to bring for our training sessions?

A: A personal towel, water, proper clothing. I do prefer that clients where fitness trackers such as heart-rate monitors but its not mandatory. 

Q: What type of athletic gear do you recommend (shoes, heart-rate monitors etc)?

A: I suggest that you get functional shoes. Heart-rate monitors and breathable material. 

Q: Do you offer supplements if needed? 

A: Yes, a bundle can be provided for you based on your request. If its determined that you will provide your own, I do prefer that its 

third party tested. Any liability for use of supplements will fall under your waiver documents signed.
